  1. Application form completed in all respect should be attested by the Head of Institution.
  2. Following documents be attached with the application form:
    1. One Passport Size Photo attested by the Head of Institution.
    2. Attested photocopy of Registration Slip
    3. Photocopies of all Marks sheets and Provisional Certificate duly attested by the Principal of Concerned College/Institute. (In case of D.A.E. attested photocopy of C.M.S.)

  1. Application form completed in all respect should be attested by the Head of Institution.
  2. Following documents be attached with the application form:
    1. One Passport Size Photo attested by the Head of Institution.
    2. Attested photocopy of Registration Slip
    3. Photocopies of all Marks sheets and Provisional Certificate duly attested by the Principal of Concerned College/Institute. (In case of D.A.E. attested photocopy of C.M.S.)
  3. Late Fine of Rs.100/- per year is to be paid for original Diploma / Certificate in case of passing prior to the Supplementary Examination, 1983.
  4. Documents should be collected personally by the applicant on the due date. In case the applicant can not collect the document on account of sickness or any other reason, delivery may be taken by his/her father/mother/real brother/sister/wife or husband on production of authority letter from applicant on affidavit duly attested by 1st Class Magistrate along with the attested copies of the C.N.I.C. of applicant and the authorized person.

  1. A student desiring migration from one recognized Institute of this Board to another recognized Institute shall apply on the prescribed form which shall contain the following particulars
    1. Name of the student along with his father’s name/surname.
    2. His residential address.
    3. Class in which studying.
    4. Full particulars of Examinations passed/failed from this Board.
    5. Registration Number
    6. Whether the student has cleared all the Institute’s dues, certificate by the Principal that the student has not been debarred from appearing in any examination of the Board.
    7. A certificate from Head of the Institute regarding the character and conduct of the student.
    8. No objection from the Head of the Institute regarding the migration of the student.
  2. A fee of Rs.3000/- shall be charged from each student.
  3. Migration shall not be allowed in the middle of Semester/Academic year except in cases of transfer of parents of the student provided that in case of Polytechnic Institute migration in the middle of the academic session shall not be allowed.
